Doris Momanyi, LLM, joined BODFI in 2026 as a Research Contracts Associate in the Department of Innovation. In this role, she is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad portfolio of agreements between Dana-Farber and industry sponsors, as well as other collaborating institutions.
Doris holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Laws (LLM). Prior to joining BODFI, she managed high volume contract portfolios and supported full lifecycle contract development across government, life sciences, and healthcare adjacent environments. She developed strong expertise in contract analysis, drafting, and negotiation; coordinated with cross functional stakeholders; and provided support to advance operational objectives while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks and institutional policies.
