Jenny Rodriguez, JD, joined Dana-Farber in August 2026 as a Senior Research Contracts Associate. She is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of academic and corporate research agreements between Dana-Farber and industry, universities, and other collaborating institutions.
Prior to joining Dana-Farber, Jenny worked in the Tech Transfer Office at Joslin Diabetes Center drafting, redlining and negotiating research related agreements for the purpose of protecting the patentability and commercialization of intellectual property. Jenny was also responsible for compliance with FCOI, import and export control regulations and both domestic and international data privacy laws.
Jenny graduated with a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Boston University. She continued her studies at Boston University School of Law where she earned a JD. She is a licensed attorney in Massachusetts and Illinois.
