Joane Paul joined Dana-Farber Innovations in 2024. She manages all revenue derived from commercial licenses to Dana-Farber intellectual property, including royalty income, milestone fees and other license fees. She is responsible for the payment of the distribution to all stakeholders of Dana-Farber’s intellectual property, such as the innovators, the laboratory and department of the innovators and DFCI.
Prior to joining Dana-Farber Innovations, Joane worked as a Senior Accountant for Salem Hospital at Mass General Brigham. Joane received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, focusing on Accounting, from Northeastern University in Boston, Ma.
