Radha Bhatnagar, JD, joined the BODFI team as a Research Contracts Associate in 2024. She is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of research agreements between Dana-Farber and industry sponsors, universities, and other collaborating institutions.
Before joining BODFI, Radha specialized in health care fraud and abuse law. She served in various legal and compliance roles, including Head of US Legal at a Boston-based Medical Affairs firm and Regulatory Counsel at a Government Affairs firm in Washington, D.C. Radha has represented research institutions and drug and device companies in clinical, medical affairs, and regulatory compliance settings. She brings experience reviewing and negotiating clinical agreements, advisory board agreements, study protocols, data use agreements, and industry-sponsored research agreements.
She holds a BA from American University and a JD from Hofstra University.
